Lunch Buffet

Includes water, iced tea and coffee. Any dinner buffet menu item is available at lunch.

Cold Cut Deli

Ham and turkey sandwiches with cheese, tomato, mayo, lettuce and onion served with coleslaw, chips, pickles and dessert.

Cookout

$13.95 per person

Burgers and brats with all the fixings and served with coleslaw, chips, pickles and dessert.


Dinner Buffet

Includes water, iced tea and coffee. Two selections are $18.95 per person and three selections are $21.95 per person. All selections include a seasonal vegetable, house salad, rolls and choice of two starches - garlic mashed potatoes, rosemary roasted potatoes, baked potatoes, rice pilaf or pasta with sauce (Alfredo, red or garlic butter).

Chicken Florentine

Pan fried chicken breast topped with cream spinach.

Chicken Caprese

Breaded and pan fried chicken breast topped with sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and finished with chopped basil.

Chicken Parmesan

Italian seasoned bread crumbs, pan fried and layered with red sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella.

Lemon Chicken (GS)

Grilled chicken breast served with sautéed red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and capers cooked in a white wine and lemon juice sauce.

Meat Lasagna

Seasoned ground beef layered with ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, red sauce and pasta sheets. Option to replace meat with spinnach.

Wrapped boneless pork chops cooked to perfection.

Beef Stroganoff

Tenderloin tips braised with mushrooms and onions served with a beef based sauce mixed with sour cream.

Italian style meatballs with pasta and red sauce or Swedish style meatballs served with buttered pasta.

BAKED COD (GS)

Atlantic Cod fillets cooked in white wine and butter.

Broiled Whitefish (GS)

Broiled Canadian Whitefish fillets broiled in white wine and butter.

Broiled Walleye (GS)

Walleye broiled in white wine and butter.
